Trump's summer orange-faced bonanza going down in flames!
More than half of the artists initially announced for the "Freedom 250 Presents: The Great American State Fair" on the National Mall have withdrawn, citing that they were misled about the event's political affiliations. [1, 2] The 16-day summer event is organized by Freedom 250, a nonprofit backed by the Trump administration. A Rosary a day-#27- Instantly one of my favorites
One of my very newest. I have mentioned before thjat I don't know if I will ever rank them but this one would get a very high rank if I did. I love everything about this rosary from the bead colors, gold detailing to just the strength and feel of it. This rosary might be one of the ones I take to Guadalupe later this year.

Forming a context of understanding of Pope Leo XVIs encyclical by reviewing that of his predecessor.
When then-Cardinal Robert Prevost emerged as the newly elected Pope, his name was announced as LEO XIV. Immediately, I began to draw sobering conclusions as to what this meant as the famous locution of LEO XIII has great end-times significance for the world. Thus, when Pope Leo XIV released, in his barely 1 year old papacy, the 2nd longest encyclical in church history, I immediately took notice. I immediately set out to read MAGNIFICA HUMANITAS. Already knowing that Leo XIV w

John Kennedy's 109th birthday
The Enduring Legacy of President John F. Kennedy: 10 Defining Specifics John Fitzgerald Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States, served from January 20, 1961, until his assassination on November 22, 1963. At age 43, he became the youngest elected president and the first Roman Catholic to hold the office. His brief presidency, often romanticized as “Camelot,” embodied youthful energy, idealism, and bold vision amid Cold War tensions. Though cut short, Kennedy’s leade

A Rosary a day-#26 Sterling silver from Bethlehem
One of the very special Rosaries I have bought from The Rock Company in Bethlehem. It has literally been laid at the exact spot where Our Savior was born. It's real silver and it doubles as a necklace, clasp and all. After 4 failed attempts due to this endless and senseless war, I am now very pessimistic that I will ever get the chance to travel to the Holy Land so I will have to treasure the rosaries and crosses I have from there, that much more.

A Rosary a day- #25. A really unique turquoise, teal, white and silver combination
Don't you love the way the larger Our Father beads are detailed, set off and featured almost like crystal balls?

A Rosary a day- #24 Our Lady of Perpetual help
If I ranked my rosaries strictly by beauty, this one could make a case for #1. Auroura Borealis crystal beads with gold caps for the Hail Mary beads, Red and gold for the Our Father beads and a stunning gold chain and crucifix. Top it off with Our Lady of Perpetual help as the centerpiece. This is just a stunning Rosary

A Rosary a day-#23 Green marble Rosary bought at Fatima
It still gives me chills to know I was at this place where Our Lady appeared to the 3 Shepherd children -Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta. This is the hotel where we stayed. It is about a 3 minute walk from the Cova Da Iria and I bought this beautiful green marble Rosary at the gift shop. Notice the soil from Fatima inside the back of the medal.

A Rosary a day-#22. Something a bit different
As I have bought more and more rosaries to add to the collection, I have decided to go outside of my comfort zone of the normal colors. This one has yellow roses as the Our Father beads with almost a peach yellow for the Hail Mary beads, green chain and a silver cross. Different than I would have chosen before. I guess I'm trying new styles.

Even far-right neo-cons Debbie Schlussel and Ted Cruz rip coward Trump's embarrassing loss to Iran
It's an amazingly bad look. On the eve of the day we honor the memory of our fallen heroes, even the most vocal and extreme right wingers are turning on President Trump who has solidified his position as possibly the worst President in American history. The disgusting embarrassing Iran surrender deal puts Trump below even Jimmy Carter. Remember when we were rightfully upset about Obama giving Iran $1.7 billion in cash? Trump's surrender deal gives Iran $6-30 billion in cash.
